Volunteering

As a Tax-exempt non-profit organization, volunteering at the festival
will fulfill requirements for A+ service hours.

As a non-profit, we cannot put on a festival like this without the help and dedication of our volunteers. If you are interested in joining this dedicated group of musicians and music lovers, please download a volunteer information form and

Volunteers will need to commit to a 4 hour work period either Friday morning, Friday afternoon,
Saturday morning or afternoon or Sat. night.
A limited number of volunteers will be needed for set up on Thursday evening and for tear down Sunday Morning (late). Possible assignments are:

General Set Up of tables, signs, etc. - Thursday

Vendor Assistance – Thursday and Sunday

Registration Tables – Friday and Saturday (Especially in the AM)

T-shirt Sales – Friday and Saturday

Raffle Ticket Sales – Friday and Saturday

Instrument Room Check In – Friday and Saturday

Friday Night Concert and / or Saturday Night Concert

Workshop Monitor (Check Wristbands at Workshops) – Friday and Saturday

General Tear Down of tables, signs, etc. - Sunday
